This review focuses on the sales side of the business. I have not had any issues with the service department, they have done a nice job with may service needs. Sales on the other had have failed my last two attempts to purchase a new vehicle. The latest was in May. I ordered a white RAV4 Plug-in ASE and they delivered a black vehicle a month later. When I balked at the discrepancy they offered to make me a deal to take the black one and told me they would try to get one from another dealer. About three weeks later they told me the one I wanted they could order nut it would be another three to four months for delivery. I understand there is an allocation process for this vehicle, however the entire process was less than professional and misleading to say the least. I would not trust this dealership to deliver. The initial salesman who fielded my phone call didn’t even show up to the appointment he scheduled for me. Then, there was an unrelated problem with my title for the trade in. When I showed up with the exact documentation needed to complete the transaction, I was told it wasn’t good enough and referred to the Secretary of State’s office. I then received a phone call from an employee saying I needed to return to complete the sale with no additional documentation as the General Sales Manager was incorrect. The Toyota Sienna is on back order otherwise I would have left and gone somewhere else. This dealership has no idea what they’re doing and they were extremely disrespectful (save the finance guy and the salesman in training). Management is clueless More
