The sales staff was very courteous but the Business Manager was very arrogant and rude. We were told that if we didn't pay the MSRP on the vehicle that he would just get it from someone who would !! Th Manager was very arrogant and rude. We were told that if we didn't pay the MSRP on the vehicle that he would just get it from someone who would !! The option of ordering a vehicle was also never offered or addressed. Honda will be getting my business ( and my friends and family ) from now on because they have been awesome !!!! I would strongly recommend to anyone that they stay away from this dealership ! More

they put in cheap parts and make their customers wait for ridiculously long periods of time. They also make a sport out of trying to blittle female clients (firsthand knowledge) and in the end just give you ridiculously long periods of time. This dealer was OK when I purchased my car. However, upon return for service, they were very rude and unaccommodating. I will never return to this dealer again. Maybe I caught them on a busy/stressful upon return for service, they were very rude and unaccommodating. I will never return to this dealer again. Maybe I caught them on a busy/stressful day, but I don't think I'll be returning there for service...I'm surprised they received the Toyota President's award for customer service! I regret giving them my business. More

I purchased two vehicles, 02 MR2 and 03 Corolla both with extended warranty.<br><br>I have had nothing but problems with the service department and its manager.<br> <br>I brought my car in to have the t with extended warranty.<br><br>I have had nothing but problems with the service department and its manager.<br> <br>I brought my car in to have the tires changed 4 wheel alignment and a car wash. When I got the car back I noiced that they had ruined the rims (scratches and gouges). When I confronted the Service Manager about it (Dan) he told me they didnt do it, and wanted to charge me $50.00 per wheel to get it repaired. I also noticed large black (my car is silver) streaks of stuff along the bottim side of my car. They did a horrible job of detailing the car (cost me $40.00) but I did get a instore credit (not like I will use it) from their most helpful service employee the night manager Mike.<br><br>The sales floor treated me very well. The service department was very rude, called me a liar, and was very hostile. I will never do buisness with Libertyville Toyota again.<br> More
