The service at this Toyota Libertyville service center had always been great. I had my wheel alignment done, but had a small issue with it later. My visits to this dealer, to shop for a new car and to complete the sale, were made in somewhat uncomfortable surroundings because of the ongoing reconstruction of the dealership, resulting in distracting complete the sale, were made in somewhat uncomfortable surroundings because of the ongoing reconstruction of the dealership, resulting in distracting noise and discomfort. Also, my salesman was unavoidably called away from the building in the middle of his presentation, so that a substitute completed the sale, albeit very knowledgeably. The financial details were efficiently and articulately handled by a manager, although their sheer volume does not encourage a thorough understanding of the benefits and of the legal documents to be signed.
