Hate having to buy a new car, but AutoNation made it relatively easy. I told Robert - he went to the lock box and the keys were not there and indeed were in the car. When I was leaving I noticed the maintenance notice was still on and had not been reset. I asked to reset. The individual ended up getting a mechanic to show him how to reset the notice. I wish I was communicated with in advance and the process was smoother. More
