Initially, I called for an appointment, as car was undrivable, needed service asap, as planned to drive to Chicago. Receptionist was not helpful & hung up on me. I decided to drive in early am. Helped solve my auto problems after day &half. Part delivered had to be reordered. Work was complete next morning. Service manager was great. Provided pictures of issues removed any doubt. More

Love this location. I think I waited more then 40 minutes then I should because the service guy was waiting for me to call back. He could od just walk 10 feet to the waiting area and talk to me so I would have not waited more then I should. The oil change took to much time over 1hr and 45 minutes that is too much. More

Calling to schedule service painful! Will go to fox lake to avoid the call center. People barely speak English. Is this the first time you are bringing in. What needs to be serviced. I already have an appt! Why do I have to answer the same questions I just want to know if I can change the time.
