Like I said before, the dealership is great but the people administering surveys and promotional emails are terrible. Example: After each service, I get a promotional e-mails about all the things you forgot to do on my car. I know you did a great job, so why send out an e-mail that makes you look bad? Save some money on promotions and surveys and bring back the doughnuts.
