I found my RAV4 had many problems after visiting AutoNation dealership appointment that I have to return for a check up this last visit. I visited Libertyville Toyota today at the time I was told to come to the showroom, but the dealership was closed when I arrived. When I contacted the dealership to ask what happened, I was told that the told to come to the showroom, but the dealership was closed when I arrived. When I contacted the dealership to ask what happened, I was told that they had forwarded the request to the service team without any additional information and closed the chat. This was not a professional experience. It would have been more appropriate to schedule a time with customers and show some common courtesy, such as apologizing for the mistake or explaining what happened. I was interested in purchasing a brand new vehicle from this dealership, but their lack of appreciation for their customers and minimal car inventory on the lot make me want to take my business elsewhere.
