We’ve been coming to this dealership for 14 years because of Service Representative Jim Lykken. When he retired we were concerned we wouldn’t receive the same level of trustworthy detailed, professional se of Service Representative Jim Lykken. Arnold the service manager and service representative Carlos have put our concerns to rest. They have been excellent representatives for this dealership. Carlos and Arnold have gone out of their way to take excellent care of our two vehicles and ourselves as customers. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and warmly professional. We have another Toyota dealership that is less than a mile from our home, we choose to drive 25+ miles to AutoNation Libertyville because we trust Carlos, Arnold and this dealership. After Jim Lykken retired, our service from Libertyville Toyota was not at the same standard. We were even considering changing dealerships.
