I bought a highlander from this dealership yesterday; Sales Rep was excellent. Pawel, you did a great job, were courteous, and stayed on top of communication. But once we stepped into Finance to sign all Sales Rep was excellent. Pawel, you did a great job, were courteous, and stayed on top of communication. But once we stepped into Finance to sign all the paperwork which Mr.T (you know who you are) handled, the experience was downhill, he was super pushy to make us buy one of the protection plans Toyota offered and very disrespect towards our choice, ridiculed us for not getting one, and laughed at us for buying a Honda Odyssey elite model in 2017, btw just like the platinum being the highest trim, touring elite is the highest trim for Honda, if you do not know that, educate yourself. Just for your info Mr.T, my 6-year-old Odyssey gave me no problems; it saved my life and got totaled. Not a single scratch on me. I doubt my choice of buying a Toyota and wonder if it will hold up like Honda. Pawel, you were awesome, and keep going, good luck on your future endeavors. More

I ordered a car through the Costco auto program, around early May, and the sales person told me it would take 2-3 months for the car to arrive. Dealership required me to leave a 2.5 grand deposit which I d early May, and the sales person told me it would take 2-3 months for the car to arrive. Dealership required me to leave a 2.5 grand deposit which I did. It has been almost 7 months now, and still no car. There has been no word from the dealership, no emails nor texts. In the very beginning i got 2 phone calls from them, offering to buy a car with a package that didn't work for me, and after that, no calls, texts, emails, and updates. Extremely disappointed in their lack of communication, and I urge everyone to find a better way to get their car. The sales representative that I talked to was not knowledgeable, and would ignore/not return my calls every time I tried to contact him. He never explained what my costco program perks would be. They holding my money not bothering themselves to keep me updated. If i was informed about the 7 month delay from the beginning i probably will consider a different dealership or even a different brand. I will be further complaining to both Costco as well as Better Business Bureau. More
