The service manager I had was great, he seemed to know what he was doing and kept me informed. It took an hour to get my tires rotated, which seemed like a long time. My biggest issue with this dealership is the employees want to talk guns and/or politics. I don’t like these topics when I am shopping. I may have to fix a new place for service simply for that reason. (It was NOT) the service manager who was talking either of these) More

We've been having our cars serviced here for thirteen years and recently the quality of service has gone downhill. Pricing doesn't match what is promised, the car has been returned dirty, they only seem years and recently the quality of service has gone downhill. Pricing doesn't match what is promised, the car has been returned dirty, they only seem to do cursory inspections of some problems and fail to provide information promised. When picking up my car this time, the service rep seemed bored with the entire process and basically shrugged off any questions I had. More
