I trust my service writer. Wish costs weren’t so high. Coupons make it more manageable. Separately, this apparently isn’t this dealerships problem, just an overall Toyota supply chain problem, but I ordered a new Highlander Hybrid 4 months ago. They still can’t tell me when it will arrive, what it will cost and what my trade in will be worth. Ridiculous! I guess I’m the idiot for waiting, especially when the net cost will only be higher. I should really consider another brand. More
