Service was fast and the waiting area was clean. I wished that the person assisting me with the service gave me a rundown of the results from the routine inspection. So be aware of your service history. Finally, I asked if they had any specials for oil change service and he pointed me to a laminated catalog with a price of $50. I would have paid that if I didn't check my text messages after the service was complete (the dealership was offering a promo for oil changes at $15). More

I had been here before and had a positive experience so was willing to return. I received a coupon in my e-mail for 20% off service and I needed an alignment. The same e-mail included an additional coupon was willing to return. I received a coupon in my e-mail for 20% off service and I needed an alignment. The same e-mail included an additional coupon for "additional $10 OFF when you pay online". I was interested in getting an additional $10 off, but my service advisor said, "Read the fine print for the coupon you want to use for the service." I had previously read it and then for his sake read it out loud and when I came to the part that said, "Limit one (1) coupon or offer per vehicle" he stopped my reading and told me that I could not get the additional $10 off because only one coupon was allowed to be used. I didn't want to argue over ten dollars because it was easy to see that we were not going to agree. This set a poor tone for the rest of the encounter and I think marketing should no longer put "an additional $10 off" if a person can only use the "additional $10 off" if one chooses not to use the other coupons offered. The word additional was misleading. More
