I am upset that they cannot change the brightness of the backup camera.. They have claimed to fix the problem several times, to no avail. Took our Prius in for 50,000 mile service. The dealership was fast and thorough. I particularly liked the advice that it needed a replacement engine air filter which they offered to do - however the parts department was happy to sell me the filter and I replaced it myself in a minute (two clips - no tool required) More
From the moment I entered the dealership, placed my order for a new Tacoma and got the call to come and pickup the car I can say that this guys care about customers. Timothy Davidson was the salesman I worked with and he's been very helpful and above all keeps me informed about the status of my order often and I thank you all you for your support. Usually, the work is done right, but the last service, which happened to be 30,000 miles service, was a nightmare. On the short drive home from the dealership car started heavily smoking and stuttering. I let car cool down at some parking lot and then brought it back to the dealership. After another half an hour my car was fixed and I was told that it is not a big deal and car is now safe to drive. I did not see many cars with the black smoke coming from under the hood on the road. I suspect that mechanics did a sloppy job or missed some step during the initial service. I will give 5 stars for customer service, because unlike the service itself, the communication was done in a polite and professional manner. Also, I realize that the botched service is not the personal fault of the customer service professional I dealt with leaving and picking up my car More
They said we should have the car within six weeks, and we received a car six weeks later. They were friendly. Not overly communicative, but adequately so. I'm happy with my car and the service we received. I received a car six weeks later. They were friendly. Not overly communicative, but adequately so. I'm happy with my car and the service we received. I don't feel like I've interacted enough to give a great evaluation on customer service. But I can say confidently they were all friendly, attempting to be helpful by explaining options and benefits. When we felt pressure, they stepped back to give us space. They obviously hoped to get the most from the sale, but they did make recommendations in terms of warranty and payment options based on our specific circumstances. More
