They said we should have the car within six weeks, and we received a car six weeks later. They were friendly. Not overly communicative, but adequately so. I'm happy with my car and the service we received. I don't feel like I've interacted enough to give a great evaluation on customer service. But I can say confidently they were all friendly, attempting to be helpful by explaining options and benefits. When we felt pressure, they stepped back to give us space. They obviously hoped to get the most from the sale, but they did make recommendations in terms of warranty and payment options based on our specific circumstances. More
