From the time I pull into the service bay until the time the vehicle is returned, the staff are friendly, informative about the servi been pleasant. My experience at AutoNation Toyota Libertyville was ok. Mobi Zia, my sales guide, was helpful and would provide me with updates on the status of the car and an approximate date of arrival. I had made an appointment to pick up a vehicle I had been waiting for over 4 months. First thing we did was check out the car and go for a test drive which was all done in less than half an hour. I am giving them 3 out of 5 stars because they kept me there for over three hours, I had to pay for something they initially said was optional, I needed to remind them multiple times about the special finance rates that I was interested in, and lastly the finance person who was very assertive in selling maintenance/service packages called me “crazy” for not buying anything. Most importantly it was the difference between the documentation and what I had to sign stating that something was optional and the insistence verbally that is was not and that it was already done the moment the vehicle arrived as part of their process… so I had to pay for it. More
