Awesome way to sell my truck. Entire process was easy and quick. Elizabeth is the best. She explained the entire process as we went through it. If needed, I would do it again! When we arrived at the time I said we would get there, I mentioned we needed to be out by 3p. In the end we finished by 3:15p. Second issue is we did not receive all the documents we signed at closing. Specifically I requested the IL sales tax form and the odometer declaration. Michael said they don't typically provide those documents but would send over. What was sent over was the warranty doc and the sales tax form but the odometer form was unsigned. In Illinois, I am entitled to receive a copy of any document I signed. I requested a signed copy from Michael but never received it. Finally, I had my local VW dealer look over the car. What they found was the new front brake rotors were warped. I did notice a shimmy when driving the car but didn't think you would allow someone to put on faulty parts! Next was the pollen filter, not the right one for the car. Lastly, the heat/ac work but all the solenoids for diverting air did not work. They also found a nail in the right rear tire but that could have happened after I left the dealership. Overall a disappointing purchase experience! I hope someone reads this and can take some action here. More
