Just took my 2023 highlander here yesterday for a recall on the instrument cluster going blank. After getting home from there I noticed the ac not working when the car was stopped. Then the car also started on the instrument cluster going blank. After getting home from there I noticed the ac not working when the car was stopped. Then the car also started running hot. I opened the hood to find that the dealership had unplugged the cooling fan. This is totally unacceptable. Was it left off by mistake or did they do it on purpose. Why would they have to mess with the fan to reprogram the computer. It is like they wanted my car to overheat and blow up the engine. More
