Very disappointed with the waiting service time. A 15k miles service and an additional tire alignment request that was not done took almost 3 hours wait. After 2.5 miles hours I asked my advisor to cancel the tire alignment. I am giving 5 stars to my advisor Genesis. She was very courteous, explained what was included in the service and recommended service options. The waiting area with a coffee shop and nail spa is awesome. More

I wasn't able to get my regular Service Advisor and the difference was noticeable! Despite having an appointment, I watched "Waiters" get helped before me.
