Although I didn’t end up getting a car there, I wanted to give a shout out to Bilby for providing the most excellent and stellar support and customer service I haven’t seen in a good minute since the difficult unleash and backlash of Covid and economic downturn of 2021-2022. Despite the increased prices and limited resources, Bilby did his utmost best to provide me the car I wanted based on the information I gave him rather than what I didn’t. He really honed in on listening to the customer, respecting the customer, and consistently updating me with every new arrival of a vehicle of my interest and its status.
