I called on a vehicle they had listed for sale. The I called on a vehicle they had listed for sale. The salesman, Serge said it was there and that I should reserve it so it would not be sold before I g I called on a vehicle they had listed for sale. When I got there, Serge said he would have to look it up on his computer to see where it was. I had driven an hour to get to their lot. Serge then proceeded to tell me that the "computer" was wrong and that the vehicle really was not on the lot and was stuck "somewhere on a truck!" He then pulled the classic bait and switch and tried to sell me a brand new vehicle that "wasn't much more" than the used vehicle that I had come made the appointment to see. I played their Game for a short time politely requesting their low-ball offers and highly improper "tinting and coffee holder protector" addons to the cost. As well as their "negotiating with a higher power in Florida!!!! I finally left vowing never to return. In my opinion, if you want to buy an overpriced car from a typical lying unethical car dealership and salesman, go to this dealership and ask for Serge. I rate this dealership as an F-. By the way, when I told Serge that I would never be back, his reply was "Sounds good!". He made the mistake if putting that in writing which I saved. More
