I had made an appointment weeks in advance. My appt time was at 9:30. I was in for an oil change only. I had to sit in waiting room for 3 hours waiting for an oil change. Completely unacceptable. We were very happy with AutoNation Toyota in Spokane. My favorite part was the low prices and no pressure, friendly sales. As with many other people I was interested in purchasing a new Toyota Tacoma. With today’s shortage on new cars and trucks it would be a nearly impossible task. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Autonation Toyota. 1 pre owned and one new. Normaly buying cars is not a pleasant experience due to the games that are played.
