Though I had done a lot of the figures online with Derick, manager, Paul stayed with us until we drove out of the dealership after 8:30pm. He showed me many details on the audio screen and was very helpful. Even gave us a tip on autosocks, which we'd never heard about before. Thank you all for a good experience. Car buying hasn't always been that way in the past. More
Can't get out of Extended Warranty - They keep losing papers Everything in the beginning was great, the salesman Ali did an absolute amazing job and I would work with again for a different dealership. They got Everything in the beginning was great, the salesman Ali did an absolute amazing job and I would work with again for a different dealership. They got me in, gave me a fair price for the truck. But then when it came to signing papers I warned Ali I didn't want to be pressured into buying any of the extended warranty's. He told me to just tell Jeannie I wasn't interested. Jeannie sure enough pressured me into buying several extended warranty's and I have to admit she's good at it because I left the dealership with the 100K mile $3000 extended warranty. I made a couple calls to family members and friends and after telling me what I already knew (I don't need any warranty's, Toyota's are too good of running vehicles), I called the dealership the same day and asked them to cancel the warranty. Jeannie said I would have to come in to sign the paper. I drove back to the dealership and signed the paper. She told me the warranty would take effect and then take 4 to 8 weeks to cancel. It seemed odd, why wouldn't they just change it before it went into effect? Against my better judgement and there's nothing I could of done anyways, I just accepted what she was saying and wrote a reminder for myself to check on it in 8 weeks. Eight weeks later I spend more time calling the credit union to see if there was a $3000 deduction from the loan. Nothing on their end. I go down to the dealership again (deep down I knew 8 weeks prior I'd be spending more time on this) - Jeannie is not there so I speak to another guy named Brad. Brad sits me down for an hour or so checking several things on the computer and making several phone calls. It turns out the paperwork (cancellation) didn't make it wherever it was supposed to go (Imagine that) - But he ensured me it was an honest mistake and this time he would make sure it went through. But it would take another 4 to 8 weeks. :) REALLY!! Ten or Eleven weeks later, you guessed it still nothing. I spend more time on the phone with credit union, then more time down at the dealership. Jeannie nor Brad are available so the manager Tim helps me. Tim says it looks like it was processed but something went wrong. At this point I don't think I'd ever buy another vehicle from this dealership. I run my own business and the time I spent chasing something that should of easily been handled, could of been spent more wisely. I'll never get that time back. In return all the dealership can tell me is it was an honest mistake. I don't know exactly how much the finance person makes in commission when a warranty is sold, but I know they make something. I'm amazed the Dealership would allow their finance person to put their reputation on the line over a couple hundred bucks. I doubt this is the first time. I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but after happening twice and over 4 months later = It's easy to see what happened here. More

Wonderful Car Buying Experience I had a most enjoyable experience purchasing my 2014 Prius from this dealership. The sales person, Ron, was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time I had a most enjoyable experience purchasing my 2014 Prius from this dealership. The sales person, Ron, was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time going over the operation of the Prius, my first Hybrid vehicle. We took a rather long test drive, not the usual "around the block" type. Everyone at AutoNation was very friendly and stressed the point that they wanted me to be completely satisfied. Jason and his boss, Brian, from Finance made sure that I understood all of the options for financing the vehicle and carefully explained the Extended Warranty options. I drove away a very happy customer. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I had such a great buying experience with my Tundra in January 2014, my wife and I returned in March 2014 and purchased a RAV4. Of course we are both Toyota fans but we felt we were treated with care, respect, and valued as customers. Ron and Jason are super in meeting all our requirements and matching us to meet our automotive needs. We can't say enough about Ron and Jason and have already referred our neighbor as she is looking to buy a new car, a Toyota!! Thanks again, Ron and Jason.!!!!!! More
I recently bought a used 99 Toyota Solara. I drove it for two weeks without a problem. I took it to have the oil changed a few days after I bought it and they showed me that the transmission fluid needed flu two weeks without a problem. I took it to have the oil changed a few days after I bought it and they showed me that the transmission fluid needed flushed and changed. A week later or so I took it to the Toyota service department at Autonation Toyota to have the job done. I also informed them I just bought it and to inspect it for me. I got a call from the service guy that coincidentally I needed a new starter because they could not get it started again. Even though I saw them drive it away and I never had any problem starting it before. The price to fix it was 500-600 dollars he quoted. I told him I would deal with it and that I was skeptical because it started just fine for me for two weeks. When I came to pick it up he told me that they figured out a way to get it started and would show me how to. I went out to get my car and they showed me to tap on the starter while turning the ignition on. This did not work as there were at least 3 guys looking at it. Another mechanic came over and proceeded to tighten the nut for the terminal battery connection. There was also corrosion at that terminal of the battery. The car started right up with no hesitation. They told me that it was that connection being loose and corroded that caused it and to replace that part. They also had a 12 dollar charge for shop supplies for the tranny flush that when I asked what it was for they could not tell me specifically. This should have been included with the overpriced 169.95 tranny flush but was added after the fact. I am very disappointed and will never go there again. I cannot prove the nut was already loose but I saw them turn the wrench a few times. John More

We made an appointment for a service and then drove across town to have it done. When we arrived they then told us that our free services had expired even though we are below the milage limit. They l across town to have it done. When we arrived they then told us that our free services had expired even though we are below the milage limit. They looked up our vehicle while on the phone to make the appointment so they should have told us on the phone that there would be a charge. Our family will not be back to this auto group for anything! More
