This particular service visit was very frustrating. I checked in a little early, and all went well. The service was to take 1-2 hours, depending upon what was found. After 2.5 hours, I went back to the service desk to check on the delay. I learned the car had been ready for almost an hour. The service rep said he had been too busy processing new arrivals to let me know it was ready. Needless to say, I think this was inexcusable. More

The dealership was clean and the people were nice. The actual car deal with the salesman and finance officer going back-and-forth is annoying, but expected. However I loath what I experienced with the appearance protection product which is listed on the sales order as “optional” - it is not optional - it was mandatory and I was made to pay $499.00! They also tried upselling some other products, such as window tinting, and door handle protectors but they were not on the car so I was able to get those off. I highly suspect that the “appearance protection” was not on the car either but how do you prove it. Not even sure what it is? Scotchgard? Anyway that is what soured my experience! A classic example of feeling scammed, forced to buy additional products to improve their profits. The door plastic can be purchased online for $5-20 but they wanted $299. Anyway they knew if I didn’t buy, someone else would, so they don’t really care if you walk because of it. More
