I don't even know where to begin so I'll just say this. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO BE FIXED . take it to a different dealer. Customer service , the service department , the parts department, the lies , the rudeness and the fake xxx apologizing. Cost me 300.00+ to have absolutely nothing done but having to leave work early to get my car from this joke of a place. There are more honest dealerships and service people out there than here More

Friendly knowledgeable staff who do things right. My MINI's oil drain plug wouldn't seal but they kept at it till it quit dripping. The customer Service and personal attention to detail that I have received from David, my service manager since I have purchased my Highlander has been impeccable! He ensures that all my questions/ conce that I have received from David, my service manager since I have purchased my Highlander has been impeccable!
