We were shopping for a new Hybrid and could not find any within 500+ miles, including Auto Nation Toyota Spokane Valley. We got a phone call a few days after visiting this dealer that they just got a Venza within 500+ miles, including Auto Nation Toyota Spokane Valley. We got a phone call a few days after visiting this dealer that they just got a Venza Hybrid available were we still interested? Yes we were. Went drove to that dealer within a few hours, they are located 1.5 hrs from our home. We got a second call asking our ETA as another buyer had also been notified and would be in to see the car at 3:30. We got there as fast as we would, looked at and drive the car, then bought it. By then there were 3 others waiting to see if we purchased the car or not. We purchased it. I guess it’s true, “If you snooze you lose”. If we had gotten there 15 mins later we probably would have missed buying the car. They gave us an excellent trade in and took good care of us. We are waiting to get some after sale items installed when they come in. Overall it was a good buying experience. I would recommend them. More
