When I arrived, Matt Keller must have been expecting me because greeted me by name. I was 20 minutes early, and he was helping an older lady, and was both so patient with her and kept apologizing and thanking me for waiting. He took the time to look at a windshield wiper issue I was having and helped me determine what the problem might be. When my oil change was done, he came out and shared comments from a multipoint inspection, and was clear that they could not find a record of any of the services needed. (I actually purchased the car used about four years ago, so everything he showed me made sense for my 2008 RAV4). He also took the time to prioritize what should be done, the order, and why. . . and what could happen if I don't "eventually" take care of things. We agreed on two priorities that could be done immediately and not take up any more of my time. After the car was ready, we discussed the remaining items and how long it would take. . . he truly recognized that as a teacher, my time is not only valuable but limited. The best part is I grew up working on cars. . .and as a female, I hate when men assume I don't know anything. I have always been treated respectfully at AutoNation Toyota and will continue to take my vehicle there for service. More

All of the work I requested was completed and with the Costco participating discount I could not be more pleased. Autonation Toyota is convenient place to wait while getting your service done. Lots of chairs, tables, and power outlets to work with if you need to kill some time.
