Your service was great. I was early and Matt was at lunch so Christian was my service manager. He did a excellent job taking care of me. I have purchased my last 2 Toyota's from this dealership. One in 2021 and again in 2022 when I decided to upgrade to a newer car. Both times the sales person listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push One in 2021 and again in 2022 when I decided to upgrade to a newer car. Both times the sales person listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push me toward something that might bring him a bigger commission. It took a couple months for my new car to come in but the sales rep was very good at keeping me updated on the status of delivery. More

Took my Highlander in for oil change and tire rotation. It was recommended that the front and rear differentials be serviced. Since we didn't have it done as suggested the last two time oil was changed, It was recommended that the front and rear differentials be serviced. Since we didn't have it done as suggested the last two time oil was changed, I thought it a good idea to take the advice this time and have it done. Had to wait long, but the waiting area is very comfortable so didn't mind it. More
