It's an awesome dealership. Clean, and large enough for social distancing. The waiting area has the option of watching TV, or just sitting back to catch up on emails or reading a book. I had a mediocre experience with this dealership. It is unfortunate, because everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful except for the salesperson I worked with the most. He gave me very little information throughout the process and I felt like I was in the dark most of the time. The delivery of my car was delayed by several weeks, which I know was not the fault of the dealership, but my salesperson did not always keep me updated on the new delivery dates even though I told him that the timing was very important to me. When he would update me, he would give me a simple "the new date is [blank]" without any acknowledgment of how frustrating the process was. I know that sounds a little petty, but on top of all the stress of buying a new car in today's market, it would have been nice to get a "hey, sorry about this but the date was pushed back again." I felt like he didn't care about me or my needs at all because he knew that he was going to make a sale whether I stayed with this car or backed out. When I went to actually pick up the car from the dealership, there were a couple of key pieces of information that I needed, which I did not have. Things ended up working out, but the experience would have been much less stressful if he had sent me an email the night before explaining what I would need during the appointment. I told him multiple times that this was my first time buying a car and I was unfamiliar with the experience, but he did nothing to make the process easier or less stressful for me. Overall, I did not enjoy working with him and I would not recommend him as a salesperson to anyone I know. Again, everyone else at the dealership seemed very friendly and helpful, so I would go back to the dealership, but I would make sure to work with anyone other than this salesperson. More
