I didn't purchase my Toyota from AutoNation, I called around and got the best advice for service. I chose AutoNation not out of convenience for sure, but because Kolten whom I spoke with on the phone was around and got the best advice for service. I chose AutoNation not out of convenience for sure, but because Kolten whom I spoke with on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and covinced me AutoNation was whom I needed to choose. They diagnosed my problem and then proceeded to fix it. There was communication with me from start to finish, and then an opportunity to give AutoNation a review! So all in all, I am extremely pleased with AutoNation and Kolten. I'd recommend any Toyota owner to deal with AutoNation regardless of convenience. Its worth the trip! More
