This is an update of my previous review to which the dealership responded that I should contact the general manager in order for them to make everything right. The number provided was their general nu dealership responded that I should contact the general manager in order for them to make everything right. The number provided was their general number and the name of the general manager was not provided. I wrote back and said if they were serious they should send me the name of the general manager and a specific contact phone number. As has been consistent with my experience with them, they did not respond to my request. To me that means that they want to appear reasonable and willing to work on any problems but it is just an appearance. They don't really want to address my issues. If they did, they would tell me the name of the general manager and his/her contact information. My low opinion of this dealership just gets strengthened. More

I had a great experience at AutoNation Toyota Weston . To begin with they have the largest showroom for cars, largest than any other car dealer I have ever visited & I visited many . I was looking for one, so Mercedes Hernandez was there to help me. She was super nice & welcoming , yet very helpful & informative ! She answered all my questions & understands exactly my budget range & what I need. She was flexible with the price which made my expierence even better . I end up buying my Toyota Camry 2024 without having to pay much over my RAV4 2020 . I must say All the agents there were super friendly . Miguel was super helpful even after the purchase when I left might home keys at the dealership he waited for me till night time to pick it up . The financial team were a pleasure to work with as well as the showroom manager . I felt it’s like family environment were everyone contribute to make you select the right car for you . Thank you all . I will be back for another car in few years for sure . More
Ali is a top notch salesman, but most of all is genuine in his answers and responses. I was advised of the terms and selling price up front. The deal was handled in a little over 2 hours. I last bought at Autonation Toyota in 2012 and had a terrific experience then. I look back now and say to myself, how or why did I ever leave Autonation Toyota. People are thoughtful and knowledgable. Just a few days earlier, I walked off another Toyotas dealers lot. I received 5 followup calls even from someone who claimed to be the general Manager. Old School, if you treat me bad once, why would I ever speak to someone else from their dealership. Autonation Toyota is best in class and carries on the Toyota reputation for a reliable car at a good price. More
The dealership asked me to write an "honest review" so here it is. Avoid this dealership. I would not purchase a vehicle from them again. My salesman was fine, in some respects extraordinary. But I had a trade-in and so dealt with a used car appraiser and then the financial consultant with whom you sign all the papers for the purchase. This was an online sale and the initial estimate for the trade-in was much higher than what they appraised it at when they actually saw the trade-in. There were no problems with the car, I had all the service records and it had been well maintained, and ran well. Their initial estimate was about the average Kelly Blue Book Value for the car so I was shocked when they came back with an offer approximately $6000 less. My questions about the why the lower estimate were not answered. I was able to get a little more because I had some other estimates that I showed them but I do not feel that I got a fair price for the trade-in. Then there was the problem with the financial consultant who included things in the contract which we did not talk about nor was the total price for what we did talk about revealed until I got home and read through all the fine print. It took me 2 months to unwind some of the things he sold me and I felt I was badgered during the process and when he called me back to encourage me to not cancel what I had cancelled.
