Service after you purchased car is terrible! ! Before you buy, they are the nicest but after you buy, if you need to cancel something they ignore you and give you the run around. I gave 1 star be ! Before you buy, they are the nicest but after you buy, if you need to cancel something they ignore you and give you the run around. I gave 1 star because it didn't allow me to leave 0. Only employee that actually showed she cared was "Sweety", finance department only cares about making money! I went to cancel the extended warranty 2 times after purchase, and no one wanted to help me. kept giving me excuses that they were busy and asked if could come back another day. I have left messages for a call back and no one has called. Only heard back from the Finance director and he gave me a story that there is no contract in system yet (after a week of buying) and it takes a couple of weeks to be in system, so he couldn't cancel. Kind of a BS story!!! I called back a few times after and have not heard back, after 2 weeks. More
