I have never felt as comfortable buying a car like I did here at AutoNation. Their team was amazing in their assistance with all of the steps. Specifically a salesman by the name Ismael Ramirez that helped us through the entire process even after the delivery and set up. We have made up our minds when we go for our second vehicle for work in 3 month he will most definitely be the man we ask for. He took all the time we needed to explain every single feature along with comparisons to other car companies. We were sold the first day he helped us. James from the finance department helped us understand the specifics in our loan, our added features and extended warranties that were available, even the gap coverage. He was very patient with us as this was our first time buying brand new. I highly recommend going to AutoNation and asking to work with these two gentlemen. I know without a doubt we will be in the future. More
