First thing I noticed was the amount of service advisors, and the professionalism they give to the customers. “Julio” was my advisor and took the time to explain everything in detail. I had bad experiences and the professionalism they give to the customers. “Julio” was my advisor and took the time to explain everything in detail. I had bad experiences in miami so, I decided to drive up to Weston and i’m glad i did!!!!!!! Even though my brand new key was not “cut” no fault of Weston Toyota( miami fault) Julio was very courteous and explained the situation. This is why I rated 5 stars… great customer service!!! More

I was 15 minutes early and was the second car in line. The attendant was very professional but I noticed no one paid attention to him. Christian was my client advocate and was extremely attentive.
