I have been there 2 times so far and every visit has been great. They have great customer service and I like that their waiting room has a nice coffee machine. I understand the current situation with vehicles supply, but it’s really hard to stay patient for almost four months waiting for a vehicle you put a deposit on, and when other people we know were getting t but it’s really hard to stay patient for almost four months waiting for a vehicle you put a deposit on, and when other people we know were getting their Toyotas in less time. Dealer’s staff were very courteous and willing to facilitate our frustration, but I believe a better communication system in keeping us informed of dealer’s effort in getting the vehicle we reserved would have given us trust in dealer’s capacity to negotiate with the Toyota distributor to find and deliver our vehicle earlier. Besides this inconvenience, salesperson and staff were genuinely trying to give us a good experience during this process of buying our preferred vehicle. More
