Great service when they are interested in working with you but very smug, and dismissive. The saleswoman was on the phone the entire time while showing us vehicles out back, the man behind the desk (Hamu) you but very smug, and dismissive. The saleswoman was on the phone the entire time while showing us vehicles out back, the man behind the desk (Hamu) belittled my wife and was completely rude when bringing in her vehicle for scheduled maintenance to include being inconsistent with the scheduled time and make of vehicle. This only describes half of the folks we encountered. The finance gentleman was great, scheduling is great and our second salesman was great. Atmosphere is good and vehicle is great. I think a weed out of the bad apples would drastically improve because you really have something here and I will definitely come back. Thank you. More
