The sales representative after we agree a price, he kept me waiting for a long time, when he took me to the representative of the financial company, he told me that everything was ready. I gave $10,000 as a down payment with the purpose to get more friendly rates. The next day I realized that these subjects had added to my contract, without my authorization, extended guarantees for an amount greater than ten thousand dollars that exceeded the $10,000 that I gave for the down payment. The quotes that could have been at $600, they went over $800. I tried to talk to supervisors or managers, the people who assisted me told me that the contract was signed and at that point, they could not make changes, regardless of my dissatisfaction and my disgust at the fact that extended guarantees were added to the contract that I did not ask for. And a few weeks ago, I took the car in for service, and they returned it with the steering wheel and door full of grease. The gas tank had a quarter of gas and they returned it with the reserve light on. Your $100 gift card doesn't cover all the inconvenience and displeasure I've been through for the associate representative's dishonest behavior.
