I had a credit and asked for a print out of all the cost of service I had completed so I could cross reference it which I never received. Received notification that my truck service was done and ready for p of service I had completed so I could cross reference it which I never received. Received notification that my truck service was done and ready for pick up so I paid the remaining balance that my credit did not cover and went to leave with my truck and was stopped and told no service had been completed yet so I left without my truck. Not a good experience at all when your a busy person and have better things to do then have precious time wasted over poor work/ communication. More

A few months ago I bought new tires at Auto Nation. Buy three get one free plus free 24 month road hazard insurance. Boy, did that come in handy. To make a long story short, I picked up a nail and had a blow out. It was around 5:00 on a Saturday night. AAA came and put on my mini tire and I drove over to Auto Nation. Luckily, Auto Nation was open until 7:00. They immediately assessed that I needed a new tire (at no cost to me). I was out by 6:30. More
