I came in because my battery was dead on my Prius. After waiting over an hour once the ticket was written up,I was told that the battery was on back order for a couple of months. All was told to me After waiting over an hour once the ticket was written up,I was told that the battery was on back order for a couple of months. All was told to me was the model of the battery and to call Pep boys, Auto Nation etc. And they had my car running.so I could get home. I think that since Toyota knows of the battery back log they should have alternatives already available for their customer and not have them wait over an over for no news or help. My regular service guy was already out for the day so could not help me. The next day, I had my regular car maintenance with Howard. He was very sympathetic. My maintenance service with him was great as usual. The low score is because of my battery issue More
