I took my 2016 Avalon to this dealer for a battery. Even though I told them it was the battery, they ran a whole diagnostics test without even telling me. It was obvious that it was the battery, and then I was charged for the expensive diagnostics test instead of the free battery test. Sometimes the customer is more right than the service advisor. More
