Your service technicians seem very unprofessional and need training. The service advisor is great, but mechanics don’t perform simple tasks like replace tir valve caps reset maintenance reminder, can’t diagnose problems, had to go back telwice to get issues resolved, they send me a report that says brake needs attention, why wasn’t it addressed?? I don’t know if I’ll go back again for service, and that is a shame because I have been going there over 5 years. The only reason I haven’t said anything prior to this is because of Michael Juan, he was my reason for staying, but your mechanics are average at best!!

They charged me $65 to check the engine light. They found that I need a gas cap I paid for the gas cap and yet was still charged the $65. This is very poor and I am done with this dealership More
