I have a Toyota Dealer 5 minutes from my house, and yet I drive from Doral to Weston to use Toyota of Weston Service Department. I am very happy with my Service Advisor Al Corrales and him ensuring that all drive from Doral to Weston to use Toyota of Weston Service Department. The service advisor is great, goes over all service needs. But I must say last few times of service it seems like the actual technicians are lacking in service skills. First incident forgot to put a sc needs. But I must say last few times of service it seems like the actual technicians are lacking in service skills. First incident forgot to put a screw back in my fender. Then went for vibration in car. They didn’t find anything, had to go back again then they said alignment. Go again for routine service they don’t reset maintenance alert, cap for my tire valves are missing, if they can’t complete simple tasks can you really trust them to maintain the life of your car,its a shame because I always trusted them with my service needs for over 5 years.
