Jose Rivera was a delight to work with! Had two different Toyota vehicles serviced (2010 Corolla & 2012 RAV4), one on Feb 24 and the other on Feb 25. While I had a lot of work done, I felt Had two different Toyota vehicles serviced (2010 Corolla & 2012 RAV4), one on Feb 24 and the other on Feb 25. While I had a lot of work done, I felt that I was treated honestly. Was able to meet the mechanic, Gary (older gentlemen) - I liked that he test drove both vehicles at the end & talked to me for one minute each day. The only concern I have is that there were no new 2022 RAV4s for sale on the lot. I remember the way the sales manager back in 2003 treated us fairly back then when we purchased our first Toyota vehicle, just like Jose is doing today, and back in 2019, before COVID, Jose also assisted us.
