So this is the 3rd vehicle I’ve published from Autonation in the last 10 years and the 2nd car I purchased this year. I guess you can say I’m a satisfied customer. We keep our cars for a long time because I’m cheap and I’m not a fan of the car buying experience, however Autonation and Chery Thompson. made the experience easy and stress free. I felt I got a fair deal. I TRUST Autonation and the quality of their vehicles. When it’s time to replace my Tacoma I’ll will definitely go back to Autonation and Chery. You guys ROCK!! More

I had a great experience at Autonation Toyota Weston buying two cars there. My salesman Eddie Martinez was excellent, honest, helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint is the scamming going on at buying two cars there. My salesman Eddie Martinez was excellent, honest, helpful and knowledgeable. My only complaint is the scamming going on at the financial desks with the warranties. I had a full warranty with my RAV4 (100,000 miles all the bells and whistles,EVERYTHING). When I upgraded to this highlander only 8 months later they only gave me 40% of the original cost of these packages back. Then only because I asked I found out how to get the Gap insurance back because they weren’t going to tell me. This is criminal! Plus they avoided saying that they were only giving me back approximately 40% of the original cost of my 8 month old warranty packages and plunged right back into selling me new warranty packages for the new vehicle. Shameless! When selling the car to me they would only talk monthly payment. I had to pull it out of them as to- where did these numbers come from and what’s the base price of the car, etc. Then Ati from finance was downright rude and condescending asking me simple questions like “is this your name?” Tell me Ati, if I was a man would you have talked to me that way? Anyway, in the end Allen in finance managed with polite grace to LISTEN to me, show me the numbers and close the deal. Thank you Allen. If you really are using these reviews to improve your customer service- the higher-ups in management need to take a good look at what the financial department is doing to your customers in order to make money off of them by selling these warranty packages. They are like a pack of hungry jackals- it does not make for a nice or honest experience for your customers. Maybe lower how much money they are putting in their pockets when they sell them because it doesn’t even seem to be about selling the vehicle anymore just about selling these warranties. I gave four stars because of Eddie and Allen’s five star treatment of me and because your service department is and always has been a well-oiled machine. Thanks I love my highlander, but customers beware with those warranty packages and the lengths finance will go to sell them to you.!!!!! More
