Brought car in for service and to finally get the a/c fixed (only works on speed 3 & 4). Told the Service kid that besides the a/c it felt as if the car was hesitating. So he put down that the car was s fixed (only works on speed 3 & 4). Told the Service kid that besides the a/c it felt as if the car was hesitating. So he put down that the car was stalling. He said that its the same as hesitating, and NO IT ISN'T. So of course I got the response of "can't duplicate the issue". Of course they couldn't because the car wasn't stalling, it was hesitating (not the same thing). And by the way they did the usual service things but still no fix on the a/c. Waiting on a part. Been 4 months waiting. And was there 3 hours, WAY too long. More

Did not understand the problem and then they said the usual we can’t duplicate the issue. I wonder how many times they drove over a speed bump now! Leased a camry and was very happy with the team and service. Lease ended and I did a new lease, was told there would ve no charges for wear and tear or extra mileage as I was reupping. Guess what, I service. Lease ended and I did a new lease, was told there would ve no charges for wear and tear or extra mileage as I was reupping. Guess what, I was charged. Never heard of this from anybody whose leased before. Due to the great experience from my first lease I got my aunt and father in law to lease here. They along with me will not be renewing or purchasing anything from automation westin Toyota in the future. Hope the $486 was worth losing 3 customers for life More
