I went in for a scheduled oil change, they were short staffed and I waited over 2 hours in a lobby. The lobby was overfilled with others waiting and the people were loud and annoying with little respect staffed and I waited over 2 hours in a lobby. My car was then ready and I never received a notification, I was simply told "they just brought it back from getting washed". Poor communication and very annoying crowd. More
