I had the most bitter experience when buying a vehicle at AutoNation Toyota of Weston. My salesman was Gerardo Marquez Renza as a salesman and Ali Reza the financier. I thought that as a recurring client, I AutoNation Toyota of Weston. My salesman was Gerardo Marquez Renza as a salesman and Ali Reza the financier. I thought that as a recurring client, I was going to be treated well but on the contrary. I decided on a used vehicle. The worst part is not the fact that I am paying for the vehicles asking price plus 60% of its value on top of that. The worst part happened that when I was negotiating the monthly payment for the vehicle for 72 months. Ali blindsided me and relied on me not noticing the bait and switch he pulled. First off, I dont speak English and you had me sign a contract i didnt even understand. Without a translator present. Which is illegal, in case you aren’t aware. I told Ali, increased it to the price of the vehicle with more interest by setting the payment term to 84 months and I fell into his trap by not noticing that he had changed the payment term. I had specifically asked for 72 months. Did you only give me a English only rep and convinced me (because i was walking out 4 times until he falsely promised to meet my terms.) I only noticed the amount of the monthly payment without checking the payment time changed. Again, i signed a contract without even understanding what was happening. This is how they blind-sided and lied to me at toyota of Weston with dishonesty, bait and switch, entrapment and false promises. More
