I am giving 2 start because explanation given by service advisor was different from the paper you signed before service and you pay after service. Even you report this after service they will try convince y advisor was different from the paper you signed before service and you pay after service. Even you report this after service they will try convince you they are correct . They charged $590 and promised for 535 , now requesting to review, they are trying to make these number, which is not clear to customer. I think these needs to be honest. Even I am standing in payment line for 30 minutes and later figure out papers are not there to make the payment and i went back and found on service advisor desk. More

Making appointments for the maintenance of my vehicle always goes well except this last time. I was scheduled for a 9:00am appointment and called back to have it changed.
