I went thru the Costco Auto Program and they put me in touch with Auto Nation Toyota of Weston Florida I received a call with in minutes from a Mr. Roberto Riera Cristo asking me what type of vehicle I wa touch with Auto Nation Toyota of Weston Florida I received a call with in minutes from a Mr. Roberto Riera Cristo asking me what type of vehicle I was interested in I informed him I was interested in purchasing a Toyota Tundra 1794 edition they were not available at the time (December 2022) I reserved the Tundra and he advised me every 2 weeks on the status of the truck I was surprised by this because no other dealer had done this before Mr. Cristo went out of his way to give me updates. On March 8 the vehicle arrived I met with him on March 9th to view and purchase the Tundra Mr. Cristo went above and beyond to show me every function and accessory and how to operate them my previous vehicle (Nissan Titan) I had to figure it out on my own. Mr Cristo then had me meet with Eddie Grigorian the finance officer for Auto Nation as we went over the contract he was very thorough we went line by line through the contract making sure I understood every aspect of the vehicle purchase. Mr. Roberto Riera Cristo & Mr. Eddie Grigorian should be commended on the way they treat Auto Nation Customers there was no high pressure sales tactics used and the were the most friendliest people to work with I have no problem recommending them to friends and family who ask me where to purchase a vehicle from.
