The overall purchasing of the vehicle was very challenging to say the least. It took three months to get it to the dealership. I believe the problem was Toyota and not the dealership. However, when I did get it, it was missing several things that were advertised as being "Standard Features". I spoke to my salesman and was told "The vehicle was being sold "As Is" and that it was a problem from Toyota". I found that reply to be unacceptable. After several phone calls and trips to your dealership I finally gave up. As of Dec. 9, 2022, no one has contacted me about the missing "Standard Features". I will close on a good note. Al Coralis in the service department was outstanding as always. He has taken care of my vehicles for several years. I have found him to be very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and always treated my Toyota like it was his own. I give Al 5 stars. I would recommend the service department however, I would not for the sales department. More
