My wife and I went for a service, because it said Maintenance Required on our car. We called and made an appointment, only to realize the girl who made the appointment was goofy and never actually ma Maintenance Required on our car. We called and made an appointment, only to realize the girl who made the appointment was goofy and never actually made the appointment (we never received a confirmation text or e-mail). So we had to call again and make another appointment. After arriving for our appointment, we were told that no oil change will be done, and only a tire rotation. (I'm very curious why it showed Maintenance Required for a tire rotation.) They said this will take approximately an hour and a half (for just a tire rotation). After waiting for nearly 2 hours, they come to us and tell us our battery needs to be changed too. We were waiting there for approximately 2 and a half hours. The next day, the exclamation point on our car dashboard lit up. It turns out, all 4 tires air pressure was lower than normal. The normal is 35 for the front 2 tires and 33 for the rear 2 tires. All 4 tires were in the 27-28 range. So #1 they don't know how to make and keep appointments, #2 they don't value people's time for a simple tire rotation, and #3 the one task they had to complete, they did it incorrectly (not filling air or lessening the air while rotating the tires). Ridiculous is the best word used to describe our experience and this dealership. More

I had a great experience at this dealership. I was not intimidated or overwhelmed at all while buying my first brand new car by myself. My sales person, Manny, was very nice and patient.
