AutoNation Toyota Weston - Service Center

I had no issues with the service however, when I took my truck to service I was a bit disappointed that I saw my truck was completed with its service and it took almost an hour and a half for someone to let truck to service I was a bit disappointed that I saw my truck was completed with its service and it took almost an hour and a half for someone to let me know my truck was ready and they were aware that o would be waiting for the truck. I thought maybe there was something else they were going to check for me or maybe even wash it but no they took an hour plus just to inform me that it was done. This was a bit disappointing to be honest. More

I was surprised to receive an email from someone in the service center to offer us a complimentary service of choice from a list they provided. I was skeptical at first. I took our vehicle in, expecting to be sold something else, or pressured to into something else, but that was not the case. They performed the service we chose, and although they recommended a couple of things, they didn't pressure us at all to do something else. Thank you! More
